Trepte Partners group of companies was originally founded 1994 as a law firm. The increasing needs of our international clients located outside Germany led to a broadening of our service going far beyond which are normally offered by a legal practice. This led to the founding of Trepte Legal and Financial Advisors GmbH in 2005.

The business focus of Trepte Legal and Financial Advisors GmbH since its foundation was a combination of international financial advisory and structuring services, backed up by legal services specifically meeting the diverse needs of our international client base.

Due to successful business development and as a consequence of focus on the respective core competences, Trepte Legal and Financial Advisors GmbH was renamed Trepte Legal Advisors Rechtsanwalts-GmbH with focus on international legal counselling.

In addition the consultancy firms Trepte Financial Advisors GmbH and Trepte Corporate Advisors GmbH were founded in 2013 and 2015 with focus on financing advice and corporate consulting.

Our logo shows the Elector Max Emanuel of Bavaria on the Promenade Platz in Munich - the place of origin of the law Firm.
